Mother Nature Rules

That deep rumble below your feet,

You wait to see if it takes effect.

Does it continue and get bigger and bigger?

Or comes and goes like pulling a trigger.

It’s the wait to see if we need to move fast,

But then it stops and we catch our breath.

We wait and see if another one comes,

But feel like we really need to run.

Will it stop or keep us on our toes,

It’s Mother Nature so who really knows?

We have no control but can be prepared,

Find safety, know what to do and be well aware.
